This is a repost from a few years ago but it’s one of my favorite teachers gifts.
Summer is here and school is almost done. I’ve left making my teachers gifts to the last minute but thought I’d share our deliciousness. This is a perfect gift that is a quick and easy with no baking. Plus I love making anything in a mason jar so this works for me.
Ingredients:
4 Mason Jars
4 Apples
1 large container of caramel apple dip
1 brick of cream cheese softened
1 bag of Skor bits
Directions:
1. Use an electric hand mixer to combine half container of caramel apple dip with the brick of cream cheese. Once mixed and softened spoon into the 4 mason jars. Wipe down the inside of the jar if you get some of the mix up the sides.
2. Split the remaining caramel apple dip between the 4 containers. Wipe out inside again to make the layers visible.
3. Sprinkle the skor bits on top and seal with the lid.
4. Place your apple on top. I used cellophane wrap and ribbon to finish it off.
